Paypal Wishlist is facebook application that will give you $1 just for register and publish that application on your facebook.
You will get 1 dollar per friend that you reference from Paypal Wishlist and it is up to 100 dollars. You should have a Paypal Account to join in this program.
This is not a scam or a fraud, because if it is facebook will remove this application as soon as. But i have check this program more than 1 month and it is still exist in facebook application
Why paypal can give us US$ 1 for every person that sign up ?
Because it will give them advantage from who was registered, who was registered can sell and buy using paypal as their payment processor, paypal get the profit from it. And you get $1 from Paypal because you have help paypal to promote his program.
